35 Years of Client-First Personal Injury Law
At The Heart Of It All
G. Clinton Kelley is a trial lawyer. He is both passionate about his job and compassionate about the clients that he is privileged to help. He represents injured people and the families of individuals who have died from their injuries. Helping people is an important job, and Clint Kelley is grateful for the opportunity to be of service to those in need.
But being a trial lawyer is also an important job for society and the world around us, too. When taking on a case, Clint Kelley believes that trial lawyers speak for the entire community that we serve.
-
When we help a client who has been in a car accident to get compensated for their injuries, we hope this causes the negligent drivers that have harmed our clients to drive more safely the next time.
-
When we help a client who have fallen at a retail store to get a settlement for their injuries, we hope the retail store is more careful going forward and fixes the defective condition on the floor of the retail store that caused our client to fall in the first place.
-
When help a client that has been injured at work to get workmen's compensation benefits, we hope this results in a safer work place for others and prevents future injuries.
Trial lawyers help our communities to be safer on a case-by-case basis, one client at a time. Clint Kelley is proud to be a trial lawyer and to help his clients get the compensation they deserve for their injuries.
